Located on Pickwick Lake in Cherokee, Alabama The Riverton provides the ideal setting to host weddings, receptions, proms, reunions or any other type events. Sitting high on a hillside overlooking Bear Creek featuring stunning sunsets. The Riverton can accommodate up to 250 inside the building. The majestic 3300 sq ft interior features 2-9 foot antique wooden doors providing a grand entrance. Once inside there is 3 charming crystal chandeliers draping a 30 foot vaulted ceiling. In addition to the main event center there is spacious caterers kitchen that houses a large walk-in cooler for storing all your food, flowers etc. 2 rustic themed restrooms complete the interior of the building. The exterior offers a large covered patio and a grand staircase leading to a bistro lighted lawn for all your night time events. At the edge of the lawn is a large wooden deck overlooking the beautiful Pickwick Lake.
